Delivery Only
Fresh-cut sod delivered to your property — you or your landscaper handle prep and install. All-terrain forklift placement included so pallets land where the crew needs them, not stranded in the driveway.

Option 2
Delivery + Prep
We handle the sod-specific prep work — old-turf strip, topsoil, grading, and rolling — then deliver fresh sod for you or your landscaper to lay. Useful when your crew can lay sod but you'd rather not coordinate the prep separately.

KBGDense, rich-color blue-green turf with strong self-repair from rhizomes. The classic Northeast estate look. Wants full sun and consistent watering during establishment.

Site Walk & Written Quote
We measure, look at access, soil, drainage, and use, and write a quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out. No surprises mid-job.
Old-Lawn Removal & Prep
Existing turf and debris stripped and disposed off-site. Fresh screened topsoil where needed, hand-raked to sod-ready grade with positive drainage, then rolled.
Same-Day Fresh-Cut Sod
Sod cut at the farm the morning of install and on your lawn the same day — never sitting on a pallet for days.
Precise Installation
