We completed a 17,000 square foot Kentucky bluegrass lawn on a New Canaan estate, from 220 yards of screened topsoil and final hand-grading through the finished install around the pool, sport court, and putting green. The full project story, photos, and drone footage are linked below.
On that estate job, 11 tri-axle loads delivered 220 yards of screened topsoil. Our crew spread it with two machines, hand-raked the final grade, and returned to lay the sod once the other trades had finished and the heat wave broke. That coordination is what keeps a large lawn clean from the first roll to the final edge.
