We run weekly routes through southern Vermont — Bennington County, Windham County, the Manchester & Stratton resort corridor, and the Brattleboro region. We also deliver to central and northern Vermont (Burlington, Stowe, Killington, the Mad River Valley, the Upper Valley, and the Northeast Kingdom) on a longer lead time — usually 1–2 weeks of advance scheduling.

Standard pallets hold 500 sq ft (up to 600 if needed). Delivery is $99.00. Orders 500–900 sq ft include a $50 small-order fee. Southern VT scheduling is typically 2–7 days; central & northern VT typically 1–2 weeks. Add $.10/sq ft for Tall Fescue. Sod is cut fresh for each order — orders cannot be placed until paid, and we ask for 2 business days notice to cancel once the harvest is scheduled.
Recent Vermont Project
A builder hired us to lay 9,000 sq ft of tall fescue on a hillside in Quechee, in the town of Hartford. Overnight rain turned the graded pad to mud, but fresh-cut sod can't wait for a better day — so we brought two trucks and our own machines, regraded the saturated ground, and finished the whole lawn by quitting time.
