A Multi-Acre Tall Fescue Install in Water Mill, Four Years Later
These videos came in four years after we installed tall fescue across a multi-acre property in Water Mill — about thirty minutes west of Amagansett — sent unprompted by the customer. Walkthrough of a separate $13.95 million waterfront estate built by Build Well Development on Tara Rd in Montauk that we sodded. The pool area and yard you see is sod we redid for free before the showing — sprinklers failed to kick on after install and burned out the first lay, so we hauled it away and re-laid it on our dime.
