What aftercare do the smaller Sag Harbor village lots need?
The lots here are tighter than the estate-section Hamptons, but the watering rules are the same — keep new sod consistently damp for the first two to three weeks and hold mowing until it's firmly rooted, around 14 to 21 days. On the salt-exposed waterfront blocks in the SANS neighborhoods and Bay Point, we'll flag a longer establishment window when we quote it.
