How much does a pallet of sod cost in Maine?
One 500 sq ft pallet of Kentucky Bluegrass blend is $699 all-in, pre-tax, delivered — the number already includes delivery, the pallet, and the small-order fee. A 600 sq ft pallet is $749; bigger lawns switch to per-square-foot rates that fall with volume.

The coastal corridor is our lane: the Southern Coast (Kittery to Portland), Greater Portland, the Midcoast, and Downeast. Southern Maine typically books 2–7 days out; Midcoast and Downeast, plan on 1–2 weeks. Inland? Call — we'll tell you straight whether your town is on a route.

What sod survives salt air and Maine winters?
Company-wide, our best-selling pallet is the Bluegrass-Fescue Blend — KBG polish with fescue backbone — and it handles most Maine yards fine. Near the water, though, Tall Fescue is the workhorse — roots run deep into sandy, ledgy coastal soil and it shrugs off salt breeze (it's a ~90/10 fescue-bluegrass blend).
