We’re CT Sod — Connecticut is the state on the truck door. Buy a single pallet at a flat, all-in $699 (500 sq ft, delivery included) or price a whole lawn by the square foot. Every order is cut the morning it ships and placed on your property by all-terrain forklift.
One pallet? The flat price is the whole price — sod, truck, pallet, and fees, pre-tax, nothing added. Bigger lawns switch to per-square-foot rates that fall as your order grows. Tall Fescue runs $.10/sq ft more; RTF is custom-quoted. Statewide, orders typically land 2–7 days after you call.

Length × width of each lawn area, added together — that’s your square footage. A pallet covers 500–600 sq ft, and sod is billed in 100 sq ft steps, so you never buy a full pallet you don’t need.
