One pallet is one price — flat, pre-tax, all-inclusive. Bigger lawns move to per-square-foot rates that fall with volume. Tall Fescue adds $.10/sq ft; RTF is custom-quoted. Southern NH delivers 2–7 days out; Lakes Region and north, plan on 1–2 weeks.

Granite State Buying Rules
Rule 1
Kentucky Bluegrass is the northern standard — it shrugs off deep freezes that would thin out lesser lawns. Tall Fescue earns its place on sandy Seacoast lots and unirrigated yards.
Rule 2
Spring after thaw and late-summer-into-fall are your windows. Fall is underrated: warm soil, cool air, free dew — roots knit in fast before freeze-up.
Rule 3
Southern NH rides 2–7 day routes. Lakes Region, Upper Valley, and the White Mountains book 1–2 weeks out — call when you start prepping, not when you finish.

Measure length × width per area, add them up. Pallets cover 500–600 sq ft; billing steps in 100 sq ft increments so you only buy what the tape measure says.
