Single pallet? The flat price is the entire bill before tax — sod, truck, pallet, fees, done. Whole-yard orders switch to per-square-foot rates that shrink as the number grows. Tall Fescue adds $.10/sq ft; RTF is custom-quoted. Statewide delivery typically lands 2–7 days out.
