The wooded lots through Sandy Hook, Hattertown, and the back roads off Hanover Road sit under mature trees that throw afternoon shade across most of the yard. There we use a bluegrass-fescue blend — bluegrass for color, tall fescue for the deep roots and shade tolerance.
