The wooded Whisconier and Sunset Hill lots under the oaks and beeches get Kentucky bluegrass or a bluegrass-fescue blend for the shade.
The grades drop steeply down to the Candlewood Lake waterfront and a standard truck won't commit to the descent. Our forklifts take the waterfront grades and narrow association lanes, setting each pallet where the crew is laying rather than at the top of the road.
