She scheduled the sod delivery about a month out for me which allowed me to time plan my short weekend trip. On delivery day things did not go as planned due to situations beyond CT Sod’s control. I was updated by Sean throughout the day regarding the issues and his plans to make it happen. Unfortunately it did not. Sean promised to make it right and realized I had a made a special trip up for the install. I did not get to install sod that weekend but Sean and CT Sod went above and beyond to make the issue right. Sod was delivered and installed a few days after I arrived home and the quality and customer service was above and beyond. The sod looked so good people who were driving by have been inquiring to my son about where it was from and commenting how great it looks.
