We're putting down 7,000 square feet of fresh tall fescue sod across this Milford, Connecticut property — the full front yard and the back. This is the site the day before the install: the tired old lawn stripped out, the ground regraded and raked to a clean, firm bed, on the ground and from the air. The finished green lawn lands next — we'll add those shots here once the sod is down.
