Fresh-cut sod delivered to your property — you or your landscaper handle prep and install. All-terrain forklift placement included so pallets land where the crew needs them, not stranded in the driveway.

Option 2
Delivery + Prep

Kentucky Bluegrass
KBGDense, rich-color blue-green turf with strong self-repair from rhizomes. The classic Northeast estate look. Wants full sun and consistent watering during establishment.
Kentucky Bluegrass Sod →Black Beauty Tall Fescue
Tall FescueDrought- and heat-tolerant with deep rooting and good shade performance. Stays green further into summer dry spells than KBG. Great choice for mixed-light yards.
Black Beauty Tall Fescue Sod →Bluegrass-Fescue Blend
BlendBest-of-both: KBG's color and self-repair with tall fescue's drought tolerance and shade performance. Our most-installed variety for residential properties.
Bluegrass-Fescue Blend Sod →RTF (Rhizomatous Tall Fescue)
RTFA newer tall fescue with self-spreading rhizomes — heat and drought tolerance plus better recovery from wear. Strong pick for active families and dog yards.

Old-Lawn Removal & Prep
Existing turf and debris stripped and disposed off-site. Fresh screened topsoil where needed, hand-raked to sod-ready grade with positive drainage, then rolled.
