Tips

•Best time to send: 3–5 days after delivery. Sod has had time to green up; the experience is still fresh.
•Mentioning the town in the message does not make the customer mention it in their review. If you want town-tagged reviews on town pages, you have to ask them to mention the town when you talk to them.
•If a customer is unhappy, do not send the SMS — call them first. Sending a review ask to someone who’s upset is how you get a 1-star public review.
•Don’t offer discounts, refunds, or anything else in exchange for a review. That’s an FTC violation and a Google policy violation. Just ask honestly.
